YORK HOUSE YOUTH CLUB

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 9 January 2009. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

York House Centre is the Youth, Community and Arts Centre for Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes. We hire out rooms (including a main hall and a soundproofed rehearsal studio) to a wide variety of User Groups. The hall is also available to hire for parties with special discounts for young people. York House Volunteers run several annual community arts projects e.g. Stony Stratford Lantern Project.

In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.

About this record

From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
