TOTTON AND ELING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 6 June 2024. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

We provide a town centre venue for public hire, for meetings, groups, classes, parties and any other events or activities that will benefit the local population. We have a Men's Shed and a Quilters group. We run Seated Exercise and Community Singing activities, Soft Play sessions and seasonal parties for children. We host fayres, auctions, and assist in the Town Council's Car Boot Sale.

In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.

About this record

From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
