ALLHALLOWS MUSEUM SOCIETY OF HONITON

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 26 February 2026. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

The stated object of the Museum is to collect, care for and display artefacts, documents and other material (including our world famous collection of Honiton Lace) which has relevance to Honiton, its surrounding district and its inhabitants. Its principal aim is to make the collection available and accessible to the public, thus giving an insight into the history of the local area.

In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
