To establish a permanent memorial to the late Colonel Edward Frank Harrison; The institution of a Harrison memorial lectureship relating to science and the practice of pharmacy; Award the Hanbury Memorial Medal; Award three book prizes to the Pereira, Silver and Bronze medallist in the council prizes competition.
