What it does
Supporting children and adults with learning disabilities and/or physical impairments to access their community; supporting the homeless and adults with mental health conditions through befriending projects; providing after school clubs in deprived areas of Cardiff. We also work on projects making Cardiff a greener, cleaner and safer City.
