What it does
Age Concen York has been working with older people in York for over 30 years. We provide a wide range of personal and practical support, including giving information and advice, arranging for respite care and friendly visitors, helping people after a stay in hospital, doing small jobs around the house, holidays and outings/parties and day clubs.
