PENYSARN VILLAGE HALL

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 6 May 2025. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

A Hall erected in memory of the men who fell in the Great War and to be used in perpetuity under the name of Penysarn Village Hall as a Reading Room for meetings of purely parochial matters but not for any denominational or political purposes whatsoever and otherwise for the benefits of the inhabitants of the parishes of Llaneilian and Llanwenllwyfo and the district of Penysarn.

About this record

From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
