RADIO CLATTERBRIDGE
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 3 October 2023. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
Radio Clatterbridge is an entirely voluntary organisation which was set up in 1951 to entertain the patients, residents and Staff of the Clatterbridge Health Park (which now includes Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust & Clatterbridge Centre for Oncology & other charities). We broadcast 24 hours a day and are funded by members' subscriptions and our own fundraising activities.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
