What it does
HCCC operates in the Southwick area of Sunderland and arrange a lot of social activities for elderly residents living in Hahnemann Court, ie Bingo, raffles, bus trips, meals out etc. We also contribute to charities from our resources one being the McMillan nurses. We have used some of our savings this year to offset our expenditure as we did not have enough income to do what we wanted to.
