What it does
To support develop and empower local voluntary and community organisations in the Wigan Borough by ensuring the voluntary and community sector has a voice in the borough and is represented locally, regionally and nationally. This is done by developing skills, knowledge and expertise, giving information, advice and support and providing training and opportunities.
