CARING AT CHRISTMAS
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 17 February 2015. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
We work with people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in and around the city of Bristol throughout the year. We run the homeless shelter over the Christmas period, providing accommodation, food and support for hundreds of guests; we run Bristol Nightstop providing young people with accommodation and support throughout the year; we produce the Survival Handbook twice a year.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
