THE CHARITYS INCOME SHALL BE USED IN RELIEVING THE NEED EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY OF PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. THE PERSONS BENEFITING FROM SUCH RELIEF MUST LIVE IN THE PARISH OF BROAD CHALKE OR, IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES, CAN BE RESIDENT IMMEDIATELY OUTSIDE THAT PARISH & WHO, IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES OUGHT, NEVERTHELESS, FOR SUFFICIENT REASON BE TREATED AS
