THIS IS ACHIEVED BY OPERATING AND MANAGING TRAINING CENTRES IN TEESSIDE AND ELSEWHERE PROVIDING APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND UPSKILLING OF MATURE TECHNICIANS.
