THE NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR PALLIATIVE CARE
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 4 September 2019. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
NCPC is the umbrella charity for palliative and end of life care. We believe those approaching the end of life deserve the highest quality care and support, wherever they live and whatever their condition, and work with government, staff and people with personal experience to achieve this. We lead the Dying Matters coalition, which aims to change public attitudes to dying, death and bereavement.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
