KING'S ARMS TRUST
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 1 August 2013. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
We formerly ran a community 'drop in' centre and coffee bar, used mainly by young people. However, the building at 82 South St Bishops Stortford was closed in 2007 due to health and safety reasons. The Trustees decided in 2008 to relinquish all tenancy rights to the building and to begin winding up the Trust. The winding up of the Trust will be completed in the financial year 2011/12.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
