DISS HIGH SCHOOL FUND
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 25 March 2019. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
Funds are raised mainly by modest 'profits' from the sale of items of school stationery and equipment and uniform . Profits are used to make occasional purchases of items for school use, to support Mentoring and Youth Link schemes, items for the Student Common Rooms and charities chosen by the students. The whole school benefits from the facility to purchase items at very good prices.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
