TOTNES AND DARTMOUTH RING AND RIDE ASSOCIATION
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 30 December 2016. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
We provide door to door transport for primarily frail elderly or disabled people, who find the use of conventional public transport difficult, in specially adapted vehicles, all wheelchair accessible. We can also carry people who are 'socially excluded' by virtue of their location. This enables them to reach a higher level of independence, by doing their own shopping, visiting and meeting friends.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
