FRIENDS OF SOUTHBROOM SURGERY
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 23 December 2011. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
We aim to raise funds to purchase equipment to benefit the patients of the surgery and also to fund equipment for use by Dr.'s that would not be ordinarily provided for and that will be to the benefit of patients. Also for nurses who see elderly and disabled who find it difficult to get to the surgery and can be treated at home.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
