12TH MEDWAY SCOUT GROUP CHRIST THE KING

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 27 March 2018. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

The object of the group, as a unit of the Scout Association, is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials as individuals, responsible citizens and members of their local community. To achieve this, the group provides an enjoyable scheme of training based on the scout promise and law guided by adult leadership.

In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.

About this record

From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers.
