THE CRIME CONCERN MARKS AND SPENCER GROUNDWORK PARTNERSHIP
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 16 January 2019. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
Youth Works involves young people living in disadvantaged housing areas in shaping their physical and social environment, while also addressing issues of crime and criminality. In each location a local steering committee is established; involving the police, housing, education, other relevant agencies and local residents. Groundwork Trusts are responsible for day-to-day management of projects.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
