THE STRINGWISE TRUST
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 20 November 2018. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
The Trust was established to advance the education of the public in the playing of string instruments, in particular the playing by children of ensemble and chamber music and to provide bursaries and/or scholarships to/for suitable candidates to facilitate, in particular, attendance at training courses for children and aspiring teachers based on the Stringwise instrument and music tuition methods.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
