ROYAL AIR FORCES ASSOCIATION - CHEPSTOW AND DISTRICT BRANCH
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 9 June 2017. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
The aims of the Chepstow & District Branch of the Royal Air Forces Association are to provide comradeship and welfare support to serving and ex-serving members of the Royal Air Force and the Royal Air Forces of the Commonwealth. We do this by meeting monthly to raise funds for the annual Battle of Britain Wings Appeal. That funding is passed up to the RAFA Central HQ in Leicester.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
