HASTINGS AND ROTHER BOND BOARD
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 31 December 2009. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
The charity provides assistance to individuals who are homeless or in serious housing need in the Hastings and Rother areas of East Sussex by way of the provision of bonds or cash deposits in order to secure private rented accommodation. It also offers tenancy support, a video inventory service, and, until April 2007, a Bond Bank to hold deposits safely, independently and impartially.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
