What it does
Fully confidential and free Information, advice and support to people in the county of Pembrokeshire who have an ongoing responsibility to care for sick/disabled relatives or friends.Services are provided for young as well as adult carers. We also provide appropriate training in matters relating to the caring role and encourage carers to maintain their own health and wellbeing.
