What it does
Threshold actively works with homeless and vulnerable people to support them to achieve greater independence and improved wellbeing. To achieve this we deliver a range of services including casework and signposting to accommodation, housing management, housing related support, specialist support to individuals and groups, domiciliary support, resettlement and floating support
