KAGYU RIME LING TRUST

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 14 August 2014. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

Our aim is to promote and continue the study and practice of Buddhism particularly in relation to the Karma Kagyu tradition. To this end we run regular classes in Buddhism and Buddhist Meditation and organise retreat days. Our centre in Manchester has facilities for individual retreats. We welcome visits from schools and other community organisations.

In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.

About this record

From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
