ABBOTSBURY MUSIC FESTIVAL

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 22 February 2011. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

In 2009 Abbotsbury Music invited the Garden Opera Company to give two performances of 'The Barber of Seville' at the Abbey House Hotel gardens once again. On the first day the weather was fine, on the next it rained throughout the performance. This was a splendid production, many commented that it was the best ever.

In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
