What it does
The CLD Trust is a Herefordshire based mental health and well-being charity, providing timely and high quality therapeutic interventions. Through projects and programmes, early intervention, participation and prevention work with children young people and families, it enables the achievement of good mental health and well-being. The Trust works in close partnership with local NHS services.
