What it does
Hart Voluntary Action is the Council of Voluntary Services for Hart District. HVA aims to support and develop the capacity of local voluntary/community groups through information dissemination and representation at district/county level. HVA manages the Hart Volunteer Bureau and other projects to meet gaps in provision of services to the local community in Hart.
