NO SUPPORT TO NATIONAL CHARITIES, EVEN IF THE SPECIFIC CAUSE IS BASED IN ESSEX OR EAST LONDON. IT DOES NOT GIVE GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS OR MEDICAL CHARITIES. IT IS EXPECTED THAT A LARGE PROPORTION OF THE FINAL DONATIONS WILL BE MADE IN 2015.
