What it does
The Memorandum of Constitution adopted 16 May 1997 restricts the operation of the Romford Congregation Of Jehovah's Witnesses to religious purposes and limits the use of its assets to such purposes. The Romford Congregation achieves its objectives by holding regular twice-weekly meetings and conducting Bible Studies with non-members.
