THE INTER FAITH NETWORK FOR THE UNITED KINGDOM

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 11 February 2025. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

Led by its multi faith Board, co-chaired by Canon Hilary Barber and Narendra Waghela, IFN works with its member bodies and others to advance public knowledge and mutual understanding of the teachings, traditions and practices of different faith communities in Britain and to promote good relations between persons of different faiths.

In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.

About this record

From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
