LEWISHAM PENSIONERS GAZETTE
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 30 April 2012. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
The Lewisham Pensioners' Gazette is a quarterly newssheet which is produced by and for the pensioners of Lewisham and the surrounding area. It was started in 1984 and is a vehicle for older people to voice their opinions and be kept informed about issues, local and national, that specifically affect them.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
