What it does
To offer effective advocacy and facilitation services to older people, and group, through representation, helping them understand and use complaints procedures of service providers. Making sure that in advocacy schemes older minority think people are not further disadvantaged because of discrimination on ground of race, gender, disabilities and age etc.
