WARRINGTON HISTORIC BUILDING TRUST
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 9 November 2011. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
The Trust was founded under the will of Constance Hardy, deceased, former chair of Warrington Civic Society. The Trust will consider making grants to individuals or organizations to support the preservation or restoration of listed buildings situated within Warrington Borough. Interior works are only considered if the building is open to the public.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
