What it does
GLRW mentoring scheme brokers partnerships between school mentees and company mentors, supporting the establishment of one-on-one mentoring pairs. The charity provides a structured programme, to transition mentor pairs from a hands-held induction to an independently sustained relationship that will last throughout and beyond the mentees transition to further education/employment.
