The charity has not made any donations since August 2005 when notice was received that legal action was to be commenced against the entity that has funded its charitable activities.If the action succeeded, no further funds could be expected from that source and monies already received might have to be repaid.However,the Trustees believe that the action being brought is unlikely to succeed.
