WE SUPPORT VULNERABLE PEOPLE TO BECOME ACTIVE CITIZENS IN THE COMMUNITY. OUR KEY SUPPORT PROGRAMMES ARE ROUGH SLEEPING OUTREACH, RESETTLEMENT, TRAINING & EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, AND HOUSING ADVICE AND SUPPORT,. ELDER & YOUTH ENGAGEMENT
