ALAN AMONRA TRUST
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 21 March 2017. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
The company aims to provide the necessary training, support, advice, education, skills, resources and opportunities to disadvantaged persons from the ethnic minority community to establish and maintain a balance in the media portrayal of their community. Allowing those communities to self address the hardship caused by an unbalanced media portrayal.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
