IN PARTICULAR IT IS TO BE USED FOR THE ESTABLISMENT OF RESEARCH AND/OR TRAVEL BURSARIES FOR YOUNG VETERINARY SURGEONS AND THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT AND/OR READING EQUIPMENT FOR RESEARCH AND/OR EDUCATION WHERE SUCH ITEMS WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE WITHIN OTHER BUDGETS.
