CFS/ME ROTHERHAM GROUP
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 12 March 2009. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
The group has twice monthly meetings for members and their carers to socialize and alleviate their isolation and social exclusion. The newsletter offers information on all aspects of ME and is a lifeline to the severly affected members who are housebound/bedbound. We have a listening ear telephone service where members can call and chat, this counteracts the feelings of being alone.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
