ORGANISE AN ANNUAL FESTIVAL OF THEATRE ON A PERIPATETIC BASIS FOR AMATEUR DRAMA GROUPS AND YOUTH GROUPS IN THE OLD COUNTY OF GWENT. A PROFESSIONAL GODA ADJUDICATOR IS ENGAGED TO VISIT AND ADJUDICATE ON ALL ENTRIES RECEIVED FOR THE FESTIVAL. THIS CAN BE ANY TIME BETWEEN JULY AND JUNE.
