OPEN FORUM FOR ECONOMIC REGENERATION
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 23 March 2011. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
Offer is now closed. By 31 October 2010 the Trustees/Directors had disposed of all assets, closed the bank account and submitted form DS01 to Companies House to be struck off the register. Offer was the city-wide network for all of the voluntary, community and faith organisations in Sheffield (the VCF sector).
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
