What it does
Providing training, advice, counselling or other means to enable unemployed people irrespective of age, gender, ethnic origin who are disadvantaged by reason of disability, lack of vocational or academic qualifications, criminal record or other barrier to employment to seek, apply for and obtain permanent employment or improve their employment prospects.
