SADIKI DEVELOPMENT TRUST
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 20 June 2019. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
Sadiki works with grass-roots community groups in western Kenya. We develop the group members' capacity to lift themselves out of poverty through projects such as micro-credit loan schemes, dairy goat breeding and tree nurseries. The groups manage the projects themselves following training and ongoing followup and are regularly asked to train other community groups from as far away as Uganda.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
