THE MUSEUM OF TECHNOLOGY THE GREAT WAR AND WW11

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 21 February 2011. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

The Museum of Technology The Great War & WW11 exists to tell the story of the development of technology by collecting, protecting, and presenting a collection of electronic and engineered artefacts that represent the history centered on the period 1850 to 1980. The museum is for the benefit of all members of the public.

About this record

From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
