What it does
It is the future aims of Given Time to provide opportunities of quality respite periods within the community for carers who look after either a permantly sick or disabled person within the family home. It will be our intention to diplomatically encourage carers to acknowledge their own personal needs. This could be to discover a new hobby or pastime to help relieve the many anxieties and stresses
