What it does
The Calderdale Care Scheme, incorporating Calderdale Macmillan Care Scheme, provides 24 hour per day respite to Carers of the physically disabled, terminally or chronically ill people and adults with learning difficulties, at home by providing well-trained, qualified care support workers.We cover the whole of the Calderdale area.
