THE MAUN HOMEOPATHY PROJECT

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 1 May 2019. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

The Maun Homeopathy Project provides a free homeopathic service for women, men and children living with HIV and AIDS and/or traumatised by rape in Maun, Botswana. The outreach clinics are run by volunteer homeopaths from the UK in partnership with local agencies. The Maun Homeopathy Project also funds and supports the training of local people in homeopathy.

About this record

From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers.
