What it does
The Society promotes the conservation, protection and improvement of the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It scrutinises planning applications and where necessary makes representations, including to planning enquiries. The Society arranges public meetings on environmental issues and arranges visits, for example to local farms, to improve local education and knowledge.
